Aluminum 12 inch Signal. This signal is one of my least favorites. There is just nothing special about it. I call it my "Plain Jane McCain".
9 inch plastic pedestrian signal. This signal was damaged on both ends when I received it. I reversed the sections so the damaged ends are in the middle and not visible without the doors open. | Above is a pedestrian signal with a count down LED insert made by Dialight. I was unable to make an animation of the count down feature due to the hand and numbers not flashing together. So I made a video instead and just posted a couple of pics here of the man and hand lit up. To see the video, go to the video page. |
To the left is another 12 inch signal head. It sports Leotek LED arrow modules and tunnel visors. The LED's are very bright and use much less electricity than traditional incandescent bulbs.
Here is another pedestrian signal with a count down LED insert made by Tassimco. I was unable to make an animation of the count down feature due to the hand and numbers not flashing together. So I made a video instead and just posted a few pics here of the signal working. To see the video, go to the video page. This signal has the ability to count down during the WALK portion of the cycle. This can be turned on or off via a DIP switch inside the unit. |
